Reaching into ancient spiritual and mythical teachings, Shakti Leadership revives the feminine archetype in leadership: generative, cooperative, creative, empathetic. In the Indian yogic tradition, these qualities are associated with Shakti, the source of creation, sustenance and transformation that powers the cycle of life.
