This interactive session will lead participants through a practical experience of the Gender Equity and Reconciliation International (GERI) process, which applies principles of Truth and Reconciliation to open new pathways to healing, respect, intimacy and collaboration between the genders.
Developed over 30 years, and conducted with thousands of participants on six continents, the GERI process brings women, men, and people of all genders together in a safe and unique forum that enables deep sharing of gender-related stories and experiences. GERI’s methodology was endorsed by Archbishop Desmond Tutu in 2013, and online/in-person courses and trainings are conducted in 14 countries.
