A Talent Development professional with over 20+ years of experience in Talent Development, CSR, DEI and POSH.  An experienced professional in DEI & POSH consulting and served as the Presiding Officer of IC for several years. Have designed and delivered POSH training to more than 5000 participants at all levels. 

Currently: External Member on the IC of two organisations. On the Advisory Board : Foundation for Peace & Compassionate Leadership  Academic Director : Moje Kasheer Sistership Program (incubator program).
